Level 3

Ages 9 - 10

At Fitch Dance Company, dancers must be 9 years old by November 1st in order to be automatically placed in Level 3.

While age is a key requirement, our staff also considers each dancer’s skill level, experience, and readiness to ensure proper class placement. Our goal is to place every dancer where they will feel confident, be challenged appropriately, and continue to grow.

If a dancer does not meet the age requirement but demonstrates exceptional ability, placement may be considered by evaluation. In some cases, we may recommend that a dancer spend an additional year in Level 2 to continue building strength and confidence before advancing. These decisions are made thoughtfully and with the dancer’s long-term development in mind.
